When you place an order, please make sure the shipping details are correct, including name, full address, zip code and phone number.
Standard Shipping: Total Lead Time = Processing Time (3-5 Business Days) + Shipping Time (15-25 Business Days)
Vip Shipping: Total Shipping Time = Processing Time (3-5 Business Days) + Shipping Time (9-20 Business Days)
Delivery time: Usually after a customer places an order, we need 3-5 working days to prepare for delivery, and the ETA (estimated time of arrival) is 10-20 days after delivery. Since in-stock items will ship the same day, restocked items will wait a few days.
How to track items:
After we ship the shoes by standard shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number and tracking link within 48 hours.
